TLV PATIO
Vizel strret is one of those Tel Aviv streets you know. Even if you never visited Vizel street you must have visited some very similar streets based in Tel Aviv. Nostalgic Tel Aviv streets, low scale, green with the white city buildings we love so much.
The entrepreneur asked us to design a modern building that utilizes the extended building rights. He gave us a site which building on it to the full building right would create a huge building that does not integrate with the street, that will always look newer than its neighboring building. To avoid that, we designed a green patio in the center of the building. One that will not only create air circulation to the apartments, but also allows comfortable open vertical movement areas and dissolves the mass. Allowing the building to be a lot more light rather than massive. The patio is planned to create nice encounters between the residents, in the staircase and the elevator. Just like it used to be.
Site area: 1400 sq | No of apartments: 36
